Verification Program

For Pharmacies located in MEXICO ONLY

 

If order to be verified we will need the following information that must be submitted in a .pdf file to:

verify@pharmacyverify.com

  1. Your complete name, address and telephone number including a copy of your passport and Driver License;
  2. Your Pharmacy's Constitución de Sociedades, regrestration con el Registro;
  3. A copy of your Pharmacy's License;
  4. A picture of your Pharmacy for our investigator to verify. The picture should be a front view;
  5. A list of your suppliers;
  6. A copy of your Pharmacy's Utility Bill.
  7. A copy of your permit from SECRETARÍA DE SALUD

Our process of verificaiton takes 96 hours and their is a fee of $250.00 if you are approved.
